The Pitt season 3: key information

- Season 3 renewed during the start of season 2's run
- Production scheduled to begin in June 2026
- January 2027 release window confirmed
- First teaser trailer released
- Supriya Ganesh leaving, while Ayesha Harris has been promoted to series regular
- All other main cast members expected to return
- Third season will explore "doctors benefitting from patients", set in early November
