The second season of The Pitt is nearly over in the 2026 TV schedule, but the doctors and nurses of the day shift at PTMC can't quite say the same as their long, long, long 4th of July continues. The cyber threat attack from earlier in the day means they have to stick around, which is good news for fans who are always ready for more of night shift doctors like Abbot, Shen, and Ellis, but bad news for the characters who are ready to go home.
Based on casting reports that broke just hours before Episode 13 releases on April 2, fans should keep a closer eye on two characters in particular, as a big exit is coming.
