The people who remain unlawfully at large in Bristol

Police are on the hunt for six men who are unlawfully at large in Bristol.

Two men are wanted in connection with a large-scale drugs supply, one in connection with a Kill the Bill riot, two on recall to prison, and a sixth who is the subject of a warrant regarding two assault charges.

Anyone who sees these men is urged to contact police immediately.

Two men are wanted in connection with an investigation into large-scale drugs supply, firearms offences, and money laundering.

Billy Foster, 33, from Oldland Common, has been charged with seven offences, including conspiracy to sell or transfer two handguns, conspiracy to supply cocaine, and money laundering.

Christopher Barbosa, 29, from Sea Mills, is charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine and money laundering.

Barbosa failed to attend Bristol Magistrates Court on March 31, and Foster failed to attend a separate hearing on April 27.

Barbosa is described as a mixed race man, 6ft 2 inches tall, of medium build, with a black beard and moustache.

Foster is described as a white man, 5ft 10 inches tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair and possibly has a beard and moustache.

Anyone who sees Barbosa or Foster, who are not believed to be together, is urged to not approach them and call 999.

Benjamin Broadribb

A man is wanted in connection with the riot in Bristol on March 21.

Detectives want to speak with Benjamin Broadribb, who is in his twenties.

Police say he is likely to be in Bristol although he also has links to Glastonbury and Southampton.

He’s white, tall, of slim build and has long wavy brown hair.

Anyone who sees him, or knows where he might be, is urged to call 101 and say you are phoning in relation to Operation Harley.

George Lovell

George Lovell (Avon and Somerset Police)

A man is wanted on recall to prison for a breach of license.

George Lovell, 41, is known to have links to several areas across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, including Filton, Horfield and Lockleaze.

He’s described as white, male, approximately 5ft 8ins and is pictured, top, with differing lengths of dark hair and facial hair.

Anyone who sees Lovell is urged to not approach him, and instead call 999 quoting reference 5221263645, or ring 101 with any other information.

Patrick Duggan

Wanted man Patrick Duggan (Avon and Somerset Police)

Another man is wanted on recall to prison.

Police have renewed their appeal to find Patrick Duggan, 46, also known as Casey Duggan.

He is white, 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build with blue eyes and short brown hair.

He has links to south Bristol but also to the West Yorkshire area.

Anyone who sees Duggan is asked to phone 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5221214075.

Jorbi Almenara

A man is subject of a warrant regarding two assault charges.

Jorbi Almenara, 38, has links to Bath, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

He is described as average build, about 5ft 9ins, has brown eyes, cropped brown hair and usually has facial hair.

He is said to have a Spanish accent too.

Anyone who sees Almenara is urged to not approach him, and instead call 999 quoting reference 5221164255, or ring 101 with any other information.
