Gemma Collins became one of Santa’s little helpers to assist festive train travellers with their luggage. The Only Way Is Essex favourite joined up with Heathrow Express to promote its new Elf Concierge Service.
The reality telly star, 42, was at London’s Paddington Station recently to launch it. Elves are on hand to help passengers with their heavy bags and offer travel advice.
