The Lost City

Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum come together for this exotic, action-adventure comedy. Bullock plays a reclusive author, Loretta Sage, and Channing Tatum is Alan, the handsome model for the cover of her latest adventure novel.

The unlikely couple suddenly find themselves thrown together when an eccentric billionaire (Daniel Radcliffe) kidnaps Loretta in the hope that she can lead him to an ancient city’s lost treasure. Determined to prove that he can be the hero from the books, and not just the cover star, Alan sets off to rescue her.

Monstrous

In this South Korean supernatural-horror written by Yeon Sang-ho – director of Train to Busan and Hellbound – the residents of a small rural town are lured by a curse from a mysterious entity after a giant Buddha statue is unearthed. Catastrophe soon unfolds as the centuries-old curse is unleashed and starts to eat people’s souls and turn them into violent, mindless creatures.

All six episodes are available from Sky Sci-Fi from Friday.

Wolf

Jacob (George MacKay), a young man who believes he is a wolf trapped in a human body, is sent to a clinic by his family where he is forced to undergo increasingly extreme forms of therapies at the hands of The Zookeeper ( Paddy Considine ). His only solace is the enigmatic wildcat with whom he roams the hospital in the dead of night, and the two form an improbable friendship that develops into infatuation.

Available to stream from Sky Cinema from Saturday.

The White Lotus – Season two

HBO’s critically acclaimed comedy-drama transports viewers to a resort in Sicily alongside a new all-star cast including Michael Imperioli (The Sopranos) and Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation). This Emmy-winning anthology series slowly reveals darkness and secrets beneath the glamour and sunshine of a paradise holiday resort.

Episode one of The White Lotus season two is available to stream from Sky Atlantic from Monday.
