The biggest announcements from Apple's most important event of the year—and quite possibly ever

Apple kicked off its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday with perhaps its biggest keynote ever, with AI—Apple Intelligence, not artificial intelligence—being the centerpiece. Thanks to Apple's partnership with ChatGPT maker OpenAI, Apple Intelligence delivers a major boost to Siri, which has been the laughingstock among virtual personal assistants despite being one of the pioneers of the technology. But Apple Intelligence touches most of the core functions across the entire Apple ecosystem, from the iPhone to the Mac.
