The two home nations met for their final group B fixture on Tuesday, with hordes of fans having made the trip to Qatar and millions more cheering and watching on back home.
The first half ended with a score of nil to either team following some extra time. Following a huge roar at kick off, reactions of sheer devastation were captured throughout the first 45 minutes - it wasn't too promising.
But shortly into the second half, England quickly picked up pace, with two quick-fire goals blowing Wales away in just a matter of minutes. Marcus Rashford delivered the first in a magnificent strike, as drinks were thrust into the air and arms waved frantically overhead in his hometown of Manchester... more than 3,000 miles away from the pitch in Qatar.
It was a euphoric night for Manchester, as City midfielder Foden scored the second goal just two minutes later, again sending fans from his hometown into overdrive before they had even caught their breath from local lad Rashford's impressive performance.
And 68 minutes into the game, Manchester United forward Rashford continued his streak, bagging his second goal of the game, taking England into a 3-0 victory. There were similar scenes again at Depot Mayfield, with cheers and screams echoing around the fan park.
