The Masked Singer in Newcastle - ticket prices and show timings

It's been billed as the biggest entertainment show in the world and soon Geordie fans of The Masked Singer will be able to take part in a live version of the much-loved guessing game.

Local viewers who reckon they are quick at uncovering the identity of the hit ITV show's masked singers long before the celebrities reveal their faces, will have a chance to put their skills to the test in April.

That's when the Utilita Arena in Newcastle will be hosting The Masked Singer Live show which is set to enjoy a hugely successful tour around the country.

The tour will start in Liverpool on April 2 and will arrive in Newcastle on April 8, with comedian host Joel Dommett and several as-yet unidentified celebrity judges in tow, not to mention its secret cast of performers.

There are still tickets available for the show, which has the same producers as the TV series and promises a dazzling array of TV characters, quirky costumes and song and dance numbers.

And audiences will be able to take part in guessing who's who among the acts.

A spokesman said: "For the first time ever, your favourite characters will be brought to life live on stage, as different mystery celebrities are unmasked at the end of every performance."

Timings

Doors will open at Utilita Arena on the day at 6pm and the show will start at 7pm.

Following the rule-change on Thursday, January 27 there is no requirement to show a Covid pass or proof of vaccine status.

Nor are facemasks a legal requirement but the Government's advice is that they should be worn in crowded and indoor spaces where people may come into contact with others who they do not normally meet.
