Madame Web — the latest Marvel movie all about a character in the Spider-Man universe played by Dakota Johnson — had its trailer drop this week, and it only took about a day for a meme to sprout from it.
Specifically, it’s one line, while Johnson checks out a photo: “He was in the Amazon with my mom when she was researching spiders right before she died.”
Why is it a meme? Maybe because it’s a bit of a world salad, or maybe it’s because it’s a little over the top.
