A Leeds headteacher has revealed adults and pupils are BANNED from shouting at his school - but he has broken his own rule a couple of times.
Chris Dyson became head of Parklands Primary School, in Seacroft, in September 2014 and he knew he wanted the school to become a “calmer place”.
At the time, the school was rated inadequate by the local authority, he wrote for TES Magazine . In his first term, he wanted to change the "strict" system which he claims was not working. By 2017, behaviour at the school was rated “outstanding” by OFSTED.
