Search online for images related to suicide and you find pictures of people with their head in their hands, crying, looking sad on their own. But the last images of Steffan Rees show nothing but pure joy and happiness as he teaches his baby niece the words to "If You Are Happy And You Know It".
His sister Sian, from Cardigan, describes her younger brother as the "life and soul of the party", someone who "lit up the room" when he walked in. Just one of the many reasons why his suicide was such a shock, and what drives his devastated sister to use her deep-seated sorrow to help others.
"I couldn't have asked for a better brother," says Sian. "He was only 26, had a loving family, a beautiful girlfriend, and didn't say anything about having any mental health issues."
