The Korean call of Ha-Seong Kim’s walk-off home run was absolutely electric

The San Diego Padres had a night to remember on Monday when they rallied to beat the Arizona Diamondbacks on back-to-back home runs in the ninth inning.

And as wild as the scene was at Petco Park, the Korean call of Ha-Seong Kim’s walk-off blast might have been even wilder.

Kim — who followed up on pinch-hitter David Dahl’s solo home run — ended the game with a blast to left field off Scott McGough. It was the first time in MLB history that a teamed walked off on back-to-back home runs from the No. 8 and No. 9 hitters. It was nuts.

An absolute frenzy.

Every April MLB game could use that kind of excitement. MLB fans also particularly enjoyed this call from the Korean announcers.
