The Killers have announced they will be playing a special 'one-off' show in Edinburgh for the first time ever as they arrive in the capital next year.
Confirmed on Friday, the popular band will be appearing outdoors at the Royal Highland Centre Showgrounds in August, making it the first time they will perform in the city.
Taking place on Tuesday, August 29, tickets for the unique show will be available for presale from 2pm on December 9 to those on The Killers database.

Those with a Gigs in Scotland account can access the Gigs in Scotland p resale from 9am on Saturday December 10 , and general on sale will start from 9am on Monday December 12 via Gigs in Scotland and Ticketmaster.
Formed in Las Vegas in 2003, the band have since gone on to become one of the biggest bands in the world, selling over 25 million albums since then.

Last in the UK for their stadium tour, the group will return to Scotland for the Edinburgh performance, and may even play some tracks from their new album currently still in the works.
Supporting The Killers will be Johnny Marr who started his career with The Smiths which cemented him in history as one of the most influential songwriters and guitarists in British independent music.
