James Harden's 24-point return has eased early concerns over his ankle, but the Cleveland Cavaliers still face a crucial question ahead of the new NBA season: can their veteran playmaker stay healthy enough to help drive their championship ambitions?

After missing Cleveland's pre-season opener against the Boston Celtics with right ankle soreness, Harden bounced back against the Orlando Magic with an efficient performance in a 119-105 victory.
