There are some fascinating homes across the UK - from huge stately mansions with heaps of history to architecturally impressive modern homes with an abundance of luxury features.
Every now and then you'll come across a home that catches your eye, or in this instance, you might have passed by it without even noticing it. This property is one of a kind and could easily go unnoticed or mistaken for a giant mirrored wall if you didn't know what was hiding behind in.
Dubbed the 'invisible house', the intriguing home in London is occupied by a family who have lived there since 2019. It has a remarkable mirrored exterior which the owners say often attracts a lot of attention - with passers-by often fixing their hair in their reflection.

The property, which sits in the south west London town of Richmond, sits in the middle of the busy street which is round the corner from Richmond Underground Station.
Writing on social media site reddit, one user said: "I've lived in the borough for about 10 years and have driven past it more times than I could count and have honestly never noticed it. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it residential or commercial? I've tried googling it and can't find any info about it."
MyLondon went along to the property to find out more about it. They managed to speak to the family, who wished to remain anonymous, but confirmed they live in the property full time.
It was previously a former coach house but was redesigned by architect and artist Alex Haw in 2015, with the family moving in in late 2019. Other properties on the same road have sold for nearly £2 million in recent years.
What's more, the back of the property looks completely different and could be passed off as a totally separate home.
The back of the property sits on 21 St Johns Road and retains the original Victorian coach house architectural features.
The family told MyLondon: "Our designer Alex Haw came up with the idea of the mirror. The mirror would make the house 'talk with its environment'. You can see the trees on the roundabout and the clouds reflecting onto the house. We really liked the idea and ran with it."
One reddit use wrote of the house: "Trying to work out if I can take selfies in this or if the owners inside can see me doing it." And the owners confirmed that yes, they can see you.
The mirror at the front is one-way so you can't see into the property when up close, but residents can look out. The family said they often get people walking past and fixing their hair in the mirror.
But some reddit users joked about the potential problems that this house might cause.
Comments included that it "must be a right pain to keep clean" and "plenty of birds gonna be hitting that too", while another called it an "eyesore". Harsh. Others took a more enthusiastic approach with one saying: "I love it - it's so quirky!"
