Chelsea have been drawn to face Real Madrid in the Champions League once again, as the Blues face a reunion with Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois. Thomas Tuchel's side were the first name out of the pot and were joined by the Spanish side in a repeat of last season's semi-final clash.
On that occasion, Chelsea came away 3-1 victors on aggregate to progress to the final. The Blues earned a 1-1 draw in Spain thanks to Christian Pulisic, before an authoritative win at Stamford Bridge with goals from Mason Mount and Timo Werner.
While being the first name drawn in the tie would usually mean that the first leg of this match would be played at home, Chelsea will in fact head to the Bernabéu., according to reports. The quarter-final first legs are scheduled for April 5/6 and 12/13.
