Caoimhín Kelleher surprised a young Liverpool fan with the moment of a lifetime in a heartwarming section on RTE's Late Late Toy show.
The Reds goalkeeper returned to Ireland for a short spell back home, with his country having failed to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar. He and the remainder of Jurgen Klopp's squad will fly out to Dubai next week for some warm weather training and two friendlies against AC Milan and Lyon.
But with a few days back home to hand, Kelleher took some time out to join Late Late Show host Ryan Tubridy for a special one-off show to raise funds for charity and surprise some young children ahead of Christmas.

The young Red in question was Cealan, who was blindfolded and asked to take a penalty while, unbeknownst to him, the Liverpool and Republic of Ireland stopper snook on set to go in goal.
To his credit, Cealan smashed the spot-kick into the top-corner and when taking off his blindfold was in awe to see one of his idols.
Kelleher gifted the young fan his goalkeeping gloves and a match-worn shirt signed by the Liverpool squad, topping it off by offering Cealan a once in a lifetime opportunity for him and his family to come to a game at Anfield.
Needless to say the young lad was absolutely buzzing!
