A multi-million pound house in Greater Manchester has been ranked as the fourth most-viewed home on Rightmove this year, but despite its online popularity, it still hasn't found a buyer. The stunning £4,250,000 detached residence in Hale Barns, Trafford has had thousands of eyes on it in the last 12 months, yet it still remains on the market today.
The five-bed property on Chapel Lane was first listed for sale in December 2021 for £4,500,000, but it has since been reduced by £250,000 in a bid to get more interest. The modern mansion sits in one of Greater Manchester's most prestigious and private neighbourhoods, known for its popularity with Premier League footballers.
The luxury home near Altrincham is the only house in the north that has made it onto the list of Rightmove's top five most-viewed UK homes of the year, with lavish properties in London, Cornwall and the Cotswolds completing the top spots.
