Harpurhey Shopping Centre has a calendar of festive events - including singing, entertainment and giveaways.
The lights were switched on at the Church Lane precinct last week, and a giant tree stands in front of Asda. Now bosses have unveiled a programme of activities that will take place on Saturday, December 10 and Saturday, December 17, from 11am to 4pm.

Liver Cottage
Liver Cottage is the first event on December 10. This will include comedy chefs 'Hugh Fern and Lee Whittingstall' in a mobile musical kitchen.
Expect to see comic cooking demonstrations, and the duo on roller-skates around Harpurhey Shopping Centre while playing all of your favourite Christmas songs.
Carol Singing Crackers
Festive characters Carol Singing Crackers will bring jokes and songs to the shopping centre on December 17. Expect Jingle Bells to Let It Snow and other Christmas classics - which shoppers can request.
Harpurhey Christmas Lights Switch On took place on December 2 at 3pm with carol singing, free refreshments as well as a performance from Unity Voices Choir. It is expected the lights will be up until the New Year.
