Caitlin Clark has yet to play an official WNBA game but has wasted no time making her mark. From unofficial beefs with legends to making professional defenders look silly already, Clark is seemingly adjusting seamlessly to the Indiana Fever and the league.
Unfortunately, Clark’s ongoing commitment to the Fever means she had to miss Iowa’s official graduation ceremony, which took place on Sunday.
The Fever knew this and wanted to make sure one of their new franchise players still felt so welcome and happy. So, they held an unofficial pre-practice graduation ceremony for Clark, with teammate Aliyah Boston holding her certificate:

That is just so sweet. It’s worth noting that the Storm similarly gave a tremendous graduation gift to Nika Muhl.
Kudos to the Fever for the idea and helping Clark through what had to, at least initially, be a tough moment.
