The Fairleigh Dickinson men’s basketball team had a wild Thursday evening. The team was scheduled to play Long Island University, but the game did not start on time because nearly the entire team was stuck in an elevator.
Various things can delay games, including technical issues, animals and even power outages. But what happens when nearly an entire team doesn’t show up for a matchup because they’re stuck in an elevator? (Remember Virginia Tech?)
Thursday evening, the Fairleigh Dickinson men’s basketball team traveled to Brooklyn, New York, to play at Long Island University. The local fire department had to be called in to rescue multiple players mysteriously stuck in an elevator.

I don't know a lot about engineering or elevators, but someone should find out if that elevator is maintained by a Purdue grad. https://t.co/eanB7mGHyc
