'The economy is dying': trade applies the brake to Full Throttle Ranch

Hunter Valley restaurant and live music venue Full Throttle Ranch will operate at reduced hours after this weekend because of diminishing trade.

The former Buttai Barn venue, which reopened in July last year after a comprehensive renovation and rebranding, announced on social media on Wednesday night that it would only trade on Saturday and for special events.
