The 'cheapest detached house in Wirral' going to auction for £132k

A home described as 'possibly the cheapest detached house on the Wirral' is going under the hammer.

A secluded two-bedroom house on Circular Road in Birkenhead has a guide price of £132,000 and will go to auction on May 26. Though the house could do with redecoration, its guide price falls some way below the average price for a detached house in Wirral, which is £405,171 according to RightMove.

The property's listing with WRB Auctions states: "Sitting on a secluded spot approximately 0.21 acres, this detached two-bedroom property offers lots of original features and so many options. "Needing a scheme of works, this property is ready for the new buyer to put their stamp on the property."
