He wrote: "Working with the most demanding exec producer in the world, acting on a hallmark Xmas movie. It’s a tough life :) #celebagents @capricebourret @brookeburns22 @hallmarkmovie @celebagents."
And many flocked to the comments and mentioned Mark's dramatic weight loss. One wrote: "You look so different with the weight loss but still lovely."
Another added: "You have lost so much weight well done." While one said: "Looking good Mark, you look loads younger now you’ve lost a lot of weight." Another said: "Best of Luck, looking forward to watch it."
Mark has spoken publicly about his dramatic lifestyle change that lead him to shedding an impressive amount of weight. Mark first appeared on the ITV quiz show back in 2009.
Over the years, he's been open about his weight loss journey that hit its peak during lockdown in 2020. Back in 2003 when he was a full-time teacher, Mark was at his heaviest weight of 29 stone.
After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016, he was forced to undergo some drastic lifestyle changes to stop his health from deteriorating further.
So, thanks to a healthier diet and improved exercise regime, he's since dropped a whopping 10 stone.
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on STV.
