The Chase's Mark Labbett has been called unrecognisable by some fans as he posted a photo of his slimmed-down frame and Christmas Eve.
Mark, who is also known as The Beast on the ITV quiz show, has lost and incredible 10 stone recently – revealing his secret has been making small changes.
And as he shared a photo of himself to show an amusing secret Santa gift he'd received from one of his pantomime pals, fans had to do a double take.
Mark posted a photo of himself biting his lip while holding a board game version of the quiz show Pointless – which appears to be a funny dig at his The Chase role.
The Beast – who took part in a Jack in the Beanstalk pantomime in Norwich – still had some of his makeup on from his performance on Christmas Eve in the snap as he wore all black.
Mark's staggering weight loss was clear to see in the photo as he shared the image on Twitter and wrote: "This was my secret Santa at the Northwich Panto. I suspect @richardosman".
Many fans replied to remark on Mark's weight loss as some barely recognised him.
One said: "Is it bad I thought this was a throwback pic of you as a teen!? You're looking way younger, Beastie!!!"
Another added: "B***dy hell, actually didn’t think that was you and thought it was possibly your son or a relative lol."
"Jesus, almost didn't recognise you, really smashed that weightloss," a third penned.
And another quipped: "Is that you Beastie Boy? What's Brad going to call you now? Seriously well done with the weight loss looking good. Pointless present though."
"Wow, I didn't recognise you. You're doing amazing at the weight loss," another wrote.
It comes after Mark discussed his weight loss during an appearance on Loose Women in November.
Mark said: "I've gradually dropped x's off my size from 5XLto 4XL it looks like when I go shopping I'll be able to squeeze into XL pants. Small things but important things."
He said: "I'm down to 21 stone now – I was 29 stone, 2lbs at my heaviest.
"My diabetes meds help because I eat so much less. I also drink a lot more fluids."
Mark was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2017 after a nurse spotted how easily he had bruised his legs after a football game.
The common condition causes blood sugar levels to become too high and affects 4.7 million people in the UK.
Initially the TV star said he felt "numb" when he was diagnosed, however four years later he opened up about dealing with diabetes.
He previously told the Express: "I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, gamble, God knows, there's no loose woman in my life. My sin was chocolate and sweets.
"I've always had a ridiculous amount of sugar, so my view was I've done the crime so it's time to do the time."
