The Chase's Mark Labbett has been comforted by fans after he was left apologising for his behaviour.
The ITV quiz show star, known as The Beast, took to social media after the latest episode aired on Wednesday.
The latest edition of The Chase saw four new players hoping to beat the chaser and walk away with a cash prize.
And it was Simon, Trudy, Gurbinder, and Tom who were facing The Beast this time.

The four players put in their best effort and all made it through their individual rounds to make it through to the final chase where they played for £21,000.
The group successfully answered 20 questions and it was over to The Beast to try and catch them.
But with around 20 seconds and multiple questions left to go, Mark was thrown off course.
As the time continued to go down and with seconds to spare, The Beast admitted defeat.
"I give up, well-played guys," he said as the four players celebrated their win.
After Bradley congratulated the contestants on the win, he then turned to The Beast for his reaction.
While he congratulated his opponents, Mark then said "I'm off", and got up from his seat and left the set.
Looking bewildered, Bradley looked straight into the camera and issued an apology.
And following the episode, Mark also took to Twitter to explain his reaction.
"Apologies to those of you disappointed with my behaviour tonight," he wrote.
"My mental health was shot before that game, it was storm off or break down in tears."
Mark added: "A remorseless diet of quality opponents didn’t help #thechase."
His fellow Chaser Paul Sinah was quick to show his support, replying: "You should never have to apologise for the crime of 'being human'. I'd have been nowhere on those questions."
And fans were also keen to make Mark feel better.
@Phantasic1 said: "No need to apologise Mark. I’m surprised you haven’t done it before - I would. You are competitive and that’s why you’re there. No one likes to lose but you did congratulate the contestants and it was nice to see them win. Great game!"
"Never apologise for being human. We all lose control of our emotions from time to time. You're an incredible person, you've inspired and entertained many. Keep up the amazing work," @kimmiboskovic said.
@_T0ZZ_ replied: "I actually thought it was staged but then realised when Bradley apologised that it wasn’t. We all have moments like that. Go easy on yourself Mark."
"I assumed you were putting on a show, living up to your Beastie Boy persona. I am sorry if you were feeling unwell at that time. A lot of us can empathise with these negative thoughts and feelings. Love and best wishes to you," @K_for_K4r3n added.
