The Chase's Bradley Walsh in awe over 'easiest question ever'

The Chase's Bradley Walsh was stunned over what was deemed the "easiest question ever."

Bradley Walsh welcomed another round of contestants today ready to take on The Chaser in the hope of winning thousands of pounds. Mark "The Beast" Labett was at the forefront of today's show, barely giving the players room to breathe as he nailed every question he was handed.

At the midway point, Bradley stopped in his tracks after a question deemed the "easiest ever" left him stunned, forcing him to look directly down the camera in disbelief. Reading it aloud again, he said: "On the original ‘Crystal Maze’ TV show, which of the zones was designed to look like a castle?"

The potential answers included Ocean, Aztec and Medieval but it only took the contestant, Jess, and The Chaser a split second to decide on the correct option. Mark said: "Just when you can’t think it can’t get any easier!" Bradley sarcastically followed the comment up with a joke of his own as he added: "Crystal Maze, can’t remember seeing that. Think I needed to have seen it maybe to get that."

The correct answer was of course Medieval but viewers were also quick to comment on the unusually easy question. One fan said: "Today has the easiest questions I've ever heard - and they still aren't doing particularly well…"

Another viewer added: "Too easy."

A third comment said: "I am sure @MarkLabbett looks confused when the questions are too easy!"

Still in disbelief, Bradley sighed as he was forced to keep the show moving but not before he shook his head and glanced down the camera once again.
