Spring may be on the way, but you might want to keep your big coat out a little longer as temperatures are set to plummet across the UK this week.
Snow and ice warnings are in place for northern and eastern parts of Scotland and across north east England as a cold snap sweeps its way across the country. Wintry conditions look set to bring the coldest day of the year so far, with temperatures in parts of the country forecasted to feel as cold as -4C.
Some areas of Greater Manchester even woke up to snowfall this morning, as the white stuff was spotted in high ground in parts of Oldham. Here's how the weather is looking in the region over the coming days.

This morning's short flurry is likely to be all the snowfall we'll see in Greater Manchester today as temperatures look set to steadily climb from 3C at 10am to 7C by 3pm.
Even as we move into the evening, the region is not forecast to see minus temperatures today, with the forecast remaining cloudy but dry. Latest Met Office maps show that on Monday night (February 6), Greater Manchester is only set to see overnight frost, with no sign of snow.
Monday morning will see patchy cloud and wintry showers. But forecasters say the weather will turn brighter into the afternoon - with some potential for snow showers in the north west alongside a mix of sunny spells. The maximum temperature is likely to be 6C, with lows of -1C.
Tuesday will turn chillier, with hights of 4C and lows of -3C. The Met Office warns that any showers during this cold snap will fall more readily as snow, with Greater Manchester currently forecast to see showers between 6 and 7am on Tuesday morning.
Temperatures will pick up slightly on Wednesday, with highs of 5C and lows of 0C. Forecasters are warning of overnight frosts, but it is currently set to be a cloudy but dry day in the region.
Moving into Thursday, Greater Manchester looks set to enjoy dry but cloudy conditions, with currently little chance of snowfall forecast. Current predictions show highs of 4C, with lows of 1C.
The end of the week looks slightly warmer, with temperatures on Friday forecast at highs of 6C and lows of 3C. Cloudy weather looks likely to dominate again, but current forecasts show Greater Manchester is unlikely to see snow.
