For the third straight season, Brownie the Elf will be on the 50-yard line of Cleveland Browns Stadium after a fan vote. The new dog logo came in second place, with the traditional helmet, now with the white facemask, coming in last place.
I personally thought the helmet with the white facemask looked best, and the popularity of the facemask color change would be the winner of the fan vote. The Browns continue to let fans make decisions with things like that something that you don’t see other teams doing often.
Now that the first preseason game of the year is over, the Browns welcome the Minnesota Vikings to town for a pair of joint practices in Berea. The teams will also square off in Cleveland next Saturday at 4:25 p.m. for their second preseason game, the last one they will have at home before closing the preseason in Seattle on the 24th.
