Whether it’s steak flash-cooked to perfection, a handmade juicy beef burger or chargrilled fillet, the new 'bottomless lunch' at steakhouse Bar + Block has lots to offer. The bar says its offering is designed for 'a long lazy lunch on a summer afternoon'.
Situated in the heart of Bristol’s historic King Street, the bottomless menu for £35 includes two courses, either starters and mains - or mains and dessert - with free fizz or beer. There is an upgrade to unlimited free cocktails as well for £5.
Kick things off with dishes including mac and cheese bites or charcoal-cooked Korean chicken wings served with BBQ sauce, spring onion, chilli and coriander.
Describing it as 'the brilliantly boozy lunch to cheers with mates and dates', the restaurant said anyone looking for a carnivorous feast, its signature steak sandwich topped with Cheddar cheese, fried red onions, tomato, rocket and garlic mayo in stone-baked flatbread is recommended. Also on offer is steak and frites.
The restaurant’s classic 6oz beef burger is a popular choice, a handmade beef patty served in a brioche-style bun with lettuce, tomato, fried red onions and burger sauce.

Also on the menu is chargrilled seabass fillet comes with a fresh Greek salad, roasted red peppers and stone-baked bread. The desserts include a triple chocolate brownie served warm with Belgian chocolate chunks and topped with chocolate toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.
The Bar + Block’s bottomless lunch is available from Monday to Saturday, with bookings between 12pm to 5pm. Booking is essential.
