'The bird is freed': Elon Musk completes Twitter takeover

Elon Musk Twitter Inc. United States Parag Agrawal

ELON Musk, the world’s richest man, is now in charge of Twitter and has ousted its top three executives.

This includes CEO Parag Agrawal, who has been in the role for less than a year.

Sources would not say if all the paperwork for the deal, originally valued at $44 billion, had been signed or if it had been closed.
