The big selection dilemmas for Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe on Carabao Cup final day

Eddie Howe Newcastle United Joe Willock Carabao Cup Toon Army Wembley Magpies Manchester United

Newcastle United star Joe Willock is in the squad for the Magpies' Carabao Cup final against Manchester United at Wembley.

The midfielder was not risked last weekend against Liverpool in the 2-0 defeat at St James' Park in the Premier League. But he has gradually built up his training this week after initially picking up a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw against AFC Bournemouth earlier this month.

But Willock arrived with the squad at United's Wembley hotel in the shadow of the famous home of English football. It now remains to be seen what part he plays in the League Cup final showpiece.
