A few key styling takeaways are becoming apparent already. We're wearing our scarves wrapped over our coats now. Creamy white and black is the winter color combo to beat. Functionality comes first when it comes to bags. And if your roomy tote of choice is belted to boot? Chef's kiss.

Day 5 of New York Fashion Week Fall 2026
This season, New York Fashion Week stretches until Monday, February 15, but Sunday was the last full day of back-to-back shows. On the lineup: Diotima, Sandy Liang, Cult Gaia, Bach Mai, and many other brands worn by the most stylish It girls in town. The street style Hunter captured outside their events certainly proved it. See how guests—including NYC First Lady Rama Duwaji, making her first and only appearance of the week at Diotima—dressed to wrap up the Fall 2026 collection debuts.
With the sun coming out for the Friday and Saturday shows, New York Fashion Week attendees livened up their outfits with dashes of bold color (including lots of red for Valentine's Day), rich textures (from suedes to woven leathers), and eye-catching shapes (think balloon pants and funnel-neck jackets). The schedule was packed with fan favorites like Kallmeyer, Altuzarra, and Anna Sui, so the streets were filled with guests hopping from runway to runway.
Showgoers got excited by the promise of (slightly) warmer weather, and ditched the heavy coats for lighter jackets—or no jacket at all—on day two of New York Fashion Week. The brands on the schedule embody a range of aesthetics, and the street style at their respective shows reflect that, from the refined minimalism of TWP to the colorful optimism of Zankov.
Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren got ahead of the action by staging their latest runways before February 11, the official first day of New York Fashion Week. So, by the time Proenza Schouler opened the schedule, showgoers were ready to go. They came out in full force for a day stacked with heavy-hitters, including Coach and Tory Burch. Here's what they wore.
