The Batman II delayed again as Marvel stars join Robert Pattinson

  • Warner Bros has delayed the release of Matt Reeves ' The Batman Part II to 18 February 2028, marking its second postponement.
  • Director Matt Reeves unveiled the first camera test footage, showing Robert Pattinson in an updated Batman suit.
  • The sequel, starring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, will now be released nearly six years after the first film.
  • Confirmed cast members include Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell, with Marvel stars Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan also joining.
  • Stan appeared to confirm at the Cannes film festival that he will play the villain Two-Face, while Scarlett Johansson's role has led to speculation she could play Gilda Dent.
