Indiabulls has spent the last few years doing something difficult. Rebuilding, repositioning, and refocusing a business that had more potential than its balance sheet was showing. In FY26, that work became visible. And the numbers, for the first time in a while, had a great deal to say.
According to Indiabulls Limited, the company closed FY26 with a profit after tax of ₹346 crore on revenues of ₹880 crore. It reported a profit margin of 39.3% for the full year, which increased to 46.4% in the fourth quarter. The company said the results reflect the progress of its transition towards a real estate-led business following its merger and strategic restructuring.
