Despite how successful Arc Raiders has been so far, as any seasoned scavenger knows, scrounging for scrap through the same old crates and cabinets can only satisfy for so long. Inevitably, even the most accomplished raider will yearn for more. And more is exactly what Embark Studios has planned with its Arc Raiders roadmap.
The 2025 roadmap gives us a preview of what new sights we can expect to see on our expeditions aboveground in the dwindling days of the year, though that's only the beginning.
We know more content is coming in 2026, including map conditions, events, and cosmetics, though I've no doubt Embark has more up its sleeve after the runway success so far.
What's up next on the Arc Raiders roadmap?

The latest Arc Raiders roadmap runs until the end of 2025, with some vague hints of ongoing updates that'll continue into the new year:
-
Cold Snap (December):
- Snowfall map condition
- Flickering Flames event
- New Raider Deck (likely the first premium one)
- New quests
- Expedition departure window and refresh
-
Ongoing:
- New map conditions
- New Feats and Trials
- More cosmetics
- Quality of life updates and other changes
The first major update, Northline, arrived on November 13 and added a new community event (which unlocked the map and added an event reward track), the Matriarch and Shredder Arc machines, the Aphelion legendary battle rifle, and, of course, the Stella Montis map and its three associated quests—In My Image, Cold Storage, and Snap and Salvage.
If that's anything to go by, I'd assume December's Cold Snap update is similar, albeit smaller in size than Northline since it's not coming with a new map. You'll get new quests and cosmetics, a limited-time event, and a festive snowy map condition that could influence what kind of loot or enemies you'll find, similar to other conditions.
Cold Snap will also add a new Raider Deck battle pass, hopefully with all sorts of good, greebly sci-fi gear to add to the raider wardrobe. A cape or two, maybe. And I'm not just saying that because I'm trying to reconstruct Destiny's aesthetics. Winter's a good time for cloaks.
Looking further ahead, it's safe to assume that we'll get a new map every so often, and possibly even brand-new features, as Embark plans to "expand the world, introduce new ARC threats, and [add] many other new and exciting ways to play".
"We are so thankful to have you on this journey with us, and we will continue to refine and grow the game with your feedback in mind," Embark Studios said alongside the roadmap drop. "Keep your eyes on the horizon. This is only the beginning of what is in store for Arc Raiders."
