Pals of Scots Apprentice contestant Reece Donnelly think Lord Sugar has a "soft spot" for him after he survived the boardroom twice.
Businesswomen and soon to be reality TV stars Kirsten Cameron and Amy Moore have opened up about their chum and told us that he's the "life and soul of every party".
Theatre school boss Reece, 25, has narrowly avoided being fired by Alan Sugar twice but both girls claim that the British business magnate understands Reece's thinking, despite the team he's in losing challenges two weeks in a row.
Speaking to the Record ahead of their new BBC Scotland TV show 'The Agency: Unfiltered' Kirsten and Amy, who own Aquarius Creative, a talent agency based in Uddingston, praised their mate and his performance so far.
Kirsten said: "What you see is what you get from Reece, and I think that is why a lot of people love him.
"He appears on the show and gives his best every week, nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. But he owns up to them and we secretly think Lord Sugar has a soft spot for him.
"Reece is the only Scottish contestant to appear on the show for about 6 years and we definitely think he's in with a chance of winning - everyone from Scotland is right behind him."
This week, the candidates brand and advertise a new electric motorbike, but confused concepts and violated visions result in one candidate being fired.
Passionate about motorbikes, one project manager has his vision ignored, while the other team's advertising campaign backfires when they focus on story rather than subject.
It's understood Reece did not end up back in the boardroom this week.
