The Apprentice finalist Kathryn Burn is selling a set of pyjamas similar to other online retailers - for almost double the price.
The 29-year-old - who hails from Swindon - owns a pyjama brand named My Everyday Pyjamas, and she is said to be flogging a pair of jaguar print PJs for £39, while fashion retailers such as ASOS and Missguided offer a similar set for £22.
Kathryn is set to battle it out against Harpreet in tonight's final.
Ahead of the series finale, she was challenged about the design as it is eerily similar to other clothing brands.
Linda Plant, who interviewed Kathryn, asked: "Did you design the prints?" and Kathryn replied: "I didn't design the prints, no."
In response, Linda said: "In your business plan you say you designed the prints.
"But actually this was bought from a high street store, and I would say it is pretty identical.
"So let's be honest, have you designed anything? Just give me a 'yes' or 'no' answer, did you design anything?"
Kathryn simply answered: "No."
Later on, Kathryn spoke to fellow candidates Stephanie and Brittany about the feedback.
"I'm in shock," she said. "She got out the same print, basically my pyjamas, and put them on the table. And she said 'well you're not unique.' That was savage."
A spokesperson for My Everyday Pyjamas said: "As a small business we pride ourselves on offering high quality, ethically-sourced, matching pyjama sets for customers at a competitive price."
Last week, Brittany and Stephanie went home in a double elimination.
During the tough interviews stage, Brittany, Harpreet, Kathryn and Steff were faced with direct questions about their business plans, with Claude issuing the candidates with some incredible one-liners.
Upon consulting the four experts, Lord Sugar decided to send Brittany home - wishing her the best of luck going forward.
Brittany - who was pitching a high protein alcoholic drink business - was reduced to tears when Mike Soutar pointed out a huge flaw in her business plan, but she lied to her fellow candidates when they asked her if she had teared up during the interview.
"You're a very intelligent young lady," Lord Sugar later told her in the boardroom. "But you still back your ideas even when they're bad."
Alan then turned to her co-star Stephanie and said: "The pre-loved is not a market that is loved by me, you're fired."
