The Anchor near Pill put on the market

A popular village pub close to Bristol has been put on the market. The Anchor at Ham Green, near Pill, is a large detached pub with a beer garden, making it an ideal business for somebody to take over in time for the summer.

The Anchor is available to let on a new ‘free of tie’ lease through owners Stonegate Pub Company, one of the UK’s biggest pub operators. The property occupies a large site providing external trade areas to both the front and the rear plus a good sized car park.

Located in the centre of the popular village of Ham Green, the rural location merges with nearby Pill and offers good accessibility to Bristol city centre and the national motorway network.
