The Alchemist expands with £1.5 million investment in second Edinburgh site

Alchemist Edinburgh

The Alchemist has announced a £1.5m investment in a second bar and restaurant in Edinburgh.

Its third Scottish location - following a debut as part of the St. James Quarter development at the end of last year and recently-revealed plans to open in Glasgow’s George Square this winter - occupies a prime site on George Street in the capital.

Set to open in early 2023, it should bring around 60 new jobs.
