Patrick Vieira’s Arsenal shirt he wore during the infamous game at Highbury when the French midfielder had a fracas in the tunnel with his rival Roy Keane is also among the more than 350 lots.
The auction, to raise money to help testicular cancer and stroke charities, will include hundreds of signed pictures and boots by stars such as David Beckham and John Terry, plus shirts, programmes and tickets through the decades.
The shirt worn by Agüero when scoring the goal three minutes and 20 seconds into stoppage time that secured the Blues' first league title since 1968, is estimated to fetch between £20,000 and £30,000. The No.16 jersey still bears dry champagne spray marks from the dressing room celebrations.

Adam Gascgoine, CEO of Graham Budd Auctions who are holding the sale on May 24, said: "We are delighted to be offering this iconic shirt in our Premier League auction – it is one of the most important pieces in the history of the Premier League.

The auction proceeds will be divided between an patient in need of urgent and ongoing medical assistance. Two charities that supported him during his prolonged illness - Testicular Cancer UK and the Stroke Association - will receive some of the proceeds.
