A quarter of a century ago yesterday, a dog walker made a grim discovery in woodland next to the Gulliver's World theme park in Warrington.
They discovered a baby, a few hours old, wrapped in a plastic bag. He, tragically, had passed away.
No one knew who he was, or who his mother was - so he was named Callum after the Callands district of the town where he was found. Now, 25 years on from March 14, 1998, police are attempting to solve the murder, reports the Liverpool Echo.
