The 2024 ARIA Awards Are Sneaking Up So Peep The Nominees, Performers & Where To Watch

The night of nights for Australian music is just around the corner. Yep, I’m talking about the 2024 ARIA Awards and we’ve wrangled all the information you need to know to see your faves win big, including who’s been nominated for an ARIA and where you can watch the show.

For folks who are not too familiar with the ARIA Awards, the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) hosts an annual awards ceremony to celebrate and commemorate all the artists, both homegrown and international, for their contributions to music.

This year’s awards ceremony is packed — and I mean packed — to the brim with ‘yuge nominees and performances you don’t want to miss.

When is the 2024 ARIA Awards?

If you hope to see your muso faves cop some fresh trophies, the 2024 ARIA Awards will take place on Wednesday, 20 November with festivities kicking off with a lush red carpet at 1.30pm AEDT.

Who is nominated for an ARIA in 2024?

In September, the ARIA Awards dropped its nomination list for 2024 which is jam-packed with amazing homegrown talent — and of course — international acts.

Some of the most nominated artists on the list include Sydney duo Royel Otis who are up for eight awards, Kylie Minogue and Angie McMahon for five categories and Dom Dolla who is also up for five.

Who is performing at the ARIA Awards in 2024?

Alongside the star-studded nominations list, the 2024 ARIA Awards is bound to be a night packed with banging performances.

This year’s lineup of performances includes tunes from The Kid LAROI, Ava Max, Angie McMahon, Amy Shark, Teen Jesus and The Jean Teasers with collabs from 3%, Jessica Mauboy, Julian Hamilton from The Presets, CYRIL, Troy Cassar-Daley and Kane Brown.

Australiana icon and 2024 ARIA Hall of Fame inductee Missy Higgins will also perform a medley with her most iconic songs and will be joined on stage by her friends and collaborators.

The 2024 ARIA Awards is bound to be a night showcasing Aussie music excellence!

Where is the 2024 ARIA Awards happening?

The 2024 ARIA Awards will be taking place in Sydney at the Hordern Pavillion.

Where can I watch the 2024 ARIA Awards?

As we dropped earlier on, the 2024 ARIAs will be taking place on Wednesday, 20 November. But if you’re only keen to see certain parts of the night here’s where you can watch each bit!

From 1.30pm AEDT, you can watch the ARIA Awards red carpet on the official ARIA YouTube Channel.

From 5.00pm AEDT, the 2024 ARIA Awards can be watched in full only on Stan. Once the broadcast is done, the full show will be available on demand on the platform.

Later on in the night, the 2024 ARIA Awards special presentation will kick off on Channel 9 at 8.30pm.

If you’re watching from outside of Australia, the ARIA Awards ceremony will also be streamed on YouTube from 8.30pm.
