Thai Airways cancels flights between Bangkok and Taipei as typhoon moves closer

Thai Airways International (THAI) suspends one flight between Bangkok and Taipei on Friday and five more on Saturday as Typhoon Bavi approaches the island.

The airline cancelled TG636 leaving for Taiwan at 5.15pm on Friday, THAI said in a Facebook announcement.
