TfL bailout remains in limbo as strike threat ‘puts deal talks in danger’

Transport for London bosses and rail unions were at loggerheads on Thursday as the deal to secure the future of London’s transport network remained in limbo.

City Hall staff were still in discussions with the Government over a multibillion-pound funding plan for the capital’s buses and Tubes on Thursday morning.
