Vanity Fair published its Best Dressed List for the first time this decade on August 25, 2026, and Teyana Taylor is one of ten names at the top of it. The magazine's staff selected the honorees after weeks of deliberation over hundreds of suggestions, pulling from entertainment, fashion, sports, politics and beyond rather than limiting the list to red carpet regulars. Taylor shares the top tier with Jacob Elordi, Louisa Jacobson, Michaela Coel, architect Frida Escobedo, Harry Styles, model Paloma Elsesser, Hunter Schafer and artist Anna Weyant, who painted the magazine's Style Issue cover of Marc Jacobs.
Vanity Fair assigned Taylor the style word "Indomitable," a nod to a year in which she moved through Chanel, Tom Ford, Thom Browne, Schiaparelli and Ashi Studio without settling into one signature silhouette. Among the looks the magazine highlighted was an ankle-length Calvin Klein coat with a densely curled, organza-like texture, worn buttoned closed so it read as a floor-length gown rather than outerwear, paired with diamonds from Tiffany & Co.
