A Texas woman stands accused of recruiting her husband to kidnap and kill her lover after he ended their affair, according to a report.

Hana Ahmad Alolaimi, who is married to Omar Mahmoud Bishtawi, was having an affair with a man who was also married. Alolaimi's lover ended their affair after his wife found out.

Then, on Oct. 19, the Houston Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at a Chick-fil-A and arrived to find Alolaimi's lover suffering from two gunshot wounds in his thigh, according to court documents obtained by Click2Houston.

The man told police he agreed to meet Alolaimi at the fast food restaurant. When he arrived, Alolaimi allegedly told him to get into her vehicle and they drove off, as reported by Click2Houston. Her husband then allegedly jumped out from beneath a curtain, grabbed the man, and held a gun to his head.

Bishtawi then allegedly shot the man twice in the thigh while he ran away. He is expected to survive.

Alolaimi and her husband were arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping. The couple turned themselves in to police but gave conflicting statements regarding their plot to kidnap and kill Alolaimi's lover, Click2Houston reported.

The couple remains behind bars; Alolaimi's bond was set at $75,000 while her husband's bond was set at $100,000.
