Texas woman shocked as Amazon drone drops her package straight into swimming pool in wild delivery fail, she says 'I don’t think I’ll be wanting more deliveries'

An Amazon drone delivery went hilariously wrong for a Texas woman when a Prime Air drone dropped her package directly into her swimming pool. Lindsey Austen, a resident of Richmond, Texas, watched as the drone approached her home, opened its delivery hatch and released the package into the water instead of safely dropping it on the ground.

The incident came just one day after Amazon announced plans to significantly expand its Prime Air drone delivery service, with the company aiming to bring ultrafast deliveries to hundreds of new areas across the US.
