Texas nurse went to Walgreens to pick up her medication, but staff had already given it to a stranger: ‘Now I’m being accused of being drug seeking’

A Texas nurse says she was accused of lying about picking up her own prescription after a Walgreens pharmacy handed her medication to a stranger. Gracie, who posts under the username @travelnursegracie on TikTok, shared her experience in a video that has been viewed more than 1 million times.

In the video, Gracie said she went to Walgreens to pick up her Wellbutrin prescription after getting a text that it was ready. Wellbutrin is commonly used to treat depression. When she gave her name and date of birth to the pharmacy technician, she said she was told there was no medication for her.
