Texas man accused of crashing his car through a grocery store so he could use the bathroom

A Texas man was arrested after police say he purposefully crashed his SUV into a grocery store entrance — all because he needed to use the restroom.

The unidentified 60-year-old man crashed his car through a Kroger grocery store just before 4:30 a.m. Sunday in Rosenberg, a suburb about 35 miles southwest of Houston, the Rosenberg Police Department said.
